I grew up in a small town outside of Spokane, WA.Attended Washington State University from 2014-2018 in the hopes to discover not only myself but a career that filled me with passion and inspiration.

After meeting my now-wife in 2019, we moved from Seattle, WA to Brooklyn, NY in the fall of 2021 so she could pursue a masters degree at NYU.

It was in the small town of New York City that I found my passion. After nearly a decade of searching and dabbling, I found something that I thoroughly enjoyed: Webflow Web Design and SEO.

I spent the next two years exploring as much as possible in those realms. From all sorts of CMS website design, online certifications, career fairs and professional growth meet-ups, to starting my own agency. But most importantly, I learned.

I learned the psychology behind color theory, the ebbs and flows of ux/ui design, and ways to organically improve website discovery via technical and on-page optimizations.This portfolio is not only a culmination of growth since 2021, but it serves as a benchmark for where I began and where I hope to go.

I chose to specify my field into the front-end web design of Webflow with the use of Figma as well as refining my SEO skills on all fronts. I did this to ensure that the sites I design and build for people have the content and layout with an SEO-focused approach from the start.
